In keeping a tradition, I invented a tamale spreader that facilitates the spreading of tamale masa onto a corn husk or banana leaf.

It is the key to keeping a tradition.
Most women work and holding on to this tradition is a challenge.

Well tradition continues.... helping working women make delicious homemade handmade tamales.
