ok for starters Julio is not Hispanic he is from Spain not south American so hes not a Hispanic singer people need to understand Spaniards are not Hispanic, they are true Spanish and people from Mexico and Cuba are not Spanish.

This insults us when we are compared to be the same.

Second he's got many records awards compared to other singers so it puts him high up there.

He is old school, not really very contemporary. He is talented, no doubt but.

I would not think he is one of the best Hispanic artists of all times. I would think it all depends on which field you are looking into. Rita Moreno, Placido Domingo or Salma Hayek are to me better examples.
