Former skeptic's faith is rewarded

I chanced on this website on 10/28/11 while looking for the novena prayer I wanted to say on the Feast of St. Jude.

My dad said the St. Jude novena prayer everyday the past few years and I prayed it together with him as his eyesight failed. Although I was bitterly disappointed that Dad passed away this year without the cure he prayed for,

I started the Never Fail St. Jude novena on 10/28/11. I asked St Jude to forgive my resentment, asked him to reward my Dad's devotion to him, and renewed my faith in his intercession.

I asked that he help clear obstacles to a job offer for my husband which he desperately needed to put him on a clear path to success and energize his career (this time I added..."if it be God's will" - instead of just saying, you can do it, St. Jude, you're the Saint of impossible cases).

Three days after I completed the Never Fail novena, we received the offer I prayed for. "Unbelievable!" is all my husband could say.

Competing with hundreds of other applicants, what seemed like an impossible dream just a few days before has come true with St. Jude's intercession.

I thank St Jude with all my heart and thank my Dad who taught me this powerful devotion. We will forever be devoted to St. Jude and steadfastly keep our faith in his unfailing help.
